Mental health is hard to understand and explain, especially to young minds. My ADHD Monster was created to help kids make sense of ADHD, from diagnosis to symptoms, in an easy-to-understand format. A cute monster and kid-friendly explanations help to explore the ways we can experience and cope with big feelings, sensory processing, and other parts of living with ADHD.
