Returns and Refunds

Return Window: Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return Method: All returns must be sent back by mail. Customers should contact BestBuyBook.com before mailing a return to receive return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in the original payment method, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
