Hebrew Basic Course (Language) by Department of State Foreign Service Institute

Hebrew Basic Course was produced by the Foreign Service Institute with the support of the Office of Education Department of Health Education and WElfare under the National Defense Education Ace. In its present for the course is based on classroom experience with Government personnel whose duties require a knowledge of spoken Hebrew. I is designed to provice material sufficient to enable the student to obtain minimum professional competence both in speaking and in reading modern Hebrew.
