Auxiliary Communications Field Operations Guide (AUXFOG): US Department of Homeland Security Office of Emergency Communications Version 1.1 by US Dept. of Homeland Security
The Auxiliary Communications Field Operations Guide (AUXFOG) is a collection of technical reference and training information to aid trained volunteer Auxiliary Communications (AuxComm) personnel, and the agencies they serve, to supplement local emergency communications when AuxComm support is requested. The contents of this guide are for training and reference, and should support the goals of your local, county, region or state government officials. It should not be used in any way to circumvent or override those established goals. Direction for the use of auxiliary communications, under NIMS/ICS, will come from either a Communications Leader (COML) or a member of the public safety agency being supported.
